Nicest Guy You'll Ever Meet!

I'm getting unfair treatment from George Hunt, Direct Manager and Heather C Van Gorder, Site Supervisor at my job site Southern Glazer Wine & Spirits in Wilsonville, Oregon.
When I complained about my scheduling changing just about every week. George Hunt did nothing about and is in favor of whatever Heather C Van Gorder tells him because George Hunt lacks the knowledge of what he is doing.

Human Resources Managers plan, coordinate, and direct the administrative functions of an organization. They oversee the recruiting, interviewing, and hiring of new staff; consult with top executives on strategic planning; and serve as a link between an organization's management and its employees.

====================================

Here are some other questions to keep in mind are:

1) Was George Hunt justified in his decision to let Heather and Nicki keep their normal hours while getting over 20 hrs of overtime pay for the same month and I lose 2 hrs of pay?

2) Did Heather Van Gorder violate any company policies?

3) Is the scheduling system for this job site as well as others chaotic?

4) Is George Hunt and Heather Van Gorder being unfair to me?

5) Is Heather Van Gorder unfair with her scheduling practices?

6) Is George Hunt and Heather Van Gorder really qualified for their positions?

7) If any, what actions will take place for George Hunt and Heather Van Gorder if found guilty?

======================================

When I took this job I had no idea what I was in far. I thought it might be more organized then Allied Universal. Its not. Allied Universal's scheduling system for each site is done in the office not at the job site. The office has control over it and it does not change. The reason why the scheduling for this site is so chaotic its because of the Site Supervisor, Heather Van Gorder, is doing it. Remove Heather and the problem is solved. I have no idea that this was happening and nobody but me is bring this to your attention.

======================================

George said he did me a favor by letting me go into the Access Control room instead of staying at the Exit Gate. I don't see how things would have been different. My schedule would of changed anyway. I had no idea how the site's scheduling would turn out to be so chaotic. This is not normal. In the other emails I will be sending you, you can see I asked George for help and see if he could find another job site close by. He did not reply to my request. Why?

======================================

I spend about three and part of the forth day days (from Oct 20 to 23 (3 am)) not eating well, not sleeping well, working on this email to show George Hunt how I can get my 2 hours back and other useful information. But when he said he talked to Heather about this and said that I was not going to get my 2 hours back base on he got from Heather. My first thought was, how unfair George Hunt could do this to me after I showed him that they are not losing any money but I am. He does not care. Heather and her sister-in-law Nicki are getting over 20 in overtime that month and I'm losing 2 hours? Really? See George Hunt has no idea what he is doing. he is so unfair. He is talking to someone that is only looking out for herself, her family, and childhood friend. Once Heather is not able to do anymore scheduling you will see that things will change at this job site and be more organized and less chaotic. Also, once Heather and George are demotoed thing will be much better. I like to work with people who are fair. George Hunt and Heather Van Gorder are not those people.

=================================

And Heather is being unfair with her bias scheduling tactices. She is always changing the scheduling and nobody has anything to say about it. This is why the scheduling should be done off site. I guess George Hunt has no knowledge in this area. There is more things going on then what I have in this email.

Like Matt Turner sleeping on the job. He was written up for this and is still there with a not so nice attitude.

=================================

I was planning on being at my job site for about 4 or 5 yrs from now but because of this site's chaotic scheduling I can't be here and I am being treated unfairly. George Hunt said that they was doing me a favor by letting me go into the Access Control. Sounds a little immature if you ask me. Also, I had no idea that my job site's Supervisor, Heather Van Gorder, was going to be an unfriendly person to work with after I was trained by her. I told George Hunt that the employees in the Wearhouse were more friendlier then my co-workers.

==================================

George Hunt is clueless on how the scheduling is setup for a job site. He lets the Site Supervisor do whatever she wants to do because he doesn't know what is the right thing to do. George Hunt has no idea what he is doing. He has no idea on how to figure out what I am saying in this email to correct the scheduling problem. This is what I mean. When you work with people who are not qualified for the position that they are in. This is what you in up with is chaotic scheduling, and a disorganized job site. I went into very good detail on how to fix the problems but George Hunt does not understand what I am showing him. Meaning that he is not that smart. I have no idea who though he would be the right person for this position. Base on my past experiences with over 30 jobs, its most likely that the person who interviewed him thought he was right for the job base on what the interviewer's knowledge is of the job. There is a good chance that George was able to talk his way into the job because the interviewer doesn't know much. This is a common problem when hiring someone. The interviewer itself is not qualitied to do the hiring.

I have this below in the email and George doesn't understand what it means or how I got it. As you can see a 10 year old can figure this out. Why can George? I get so angry when I work with stupid people. George may be a nice guy but he not that smart.

Exit Gate

Morning Shift: 0400-1200, 8 hrs x 5 days = 40 hrs
Swing Shift: 1200-1800, 6 hrs x 5 days = 30 hrs

Access Control

Morning Shift: 0400-1200, 8 hrs x 5 days = 40 hrs

Swing Shift: 1200-2000, 8 hrs x 5 days = 40 hrs

Grave Shift: 2000-0400, 8 hrs x 5 days = 40 hrs

Access Control

Morning Shift/Swing Shift: 0400-1600, 12 hrs x 2 days = 24 hrs

Swing Shift/Grave Shift: 1600-0400, 12 hrs x 2 days = 24 hrs

Total Hours Needed for this job site: 238, that's it!

George Hunt said, "I’m not sure where you came up with your total hours allowed information"

George this is how I got to 238. I added the hours from above that equal 238.
Starting from the above: 40 + 30 + 40 + 40 + 40 + 24 + 24 = 238

Do you now get it, George?

George Hunt lacks the knowledge for this position.

George Hunt lacks the knowledge for making the right decisions.

George Hunt lacks leadership skills.

George Hunt lacks investigation skills.

George Hunt lacks problem solving skills.

Heather C Van Gorder is spending her down time on the internet shopping which is against Securitas and client's policies.

Having your job schedule change weekly is unheard of. Every job I had, I had the same schedule from day one.

Heather C Van Gorder is NOT trying to save money for the client. She is ONLY thinking about how much overtime she can provide for her and for Nicki Shive (Van Gorder), her sister-in-law. George lacks the knowledge to know what Heather is doing base on what he does not know or has no interest in this clients needs.

Heather C Van Gorder is always changing the scheduling just about every week, does not ask co-workers if they want their schedule changed, and George Hunt doesn't know how to fix it, or doesn't care about fixing it, or stop it from happening base on his lack of knowledge of being organized and having any scheduling skills. He just might be a lazy person.

When you get a job. That is your schedule for the remainder of your job. Even if its a a holiday. If my work day falls on a holiday, I worked that day just like any other work day.

Now they are short 2 people after I left, before that they were short one person but never hired someone to fill in the hours that other co-workers were getting in overtime hours. Overtime hours can be avoided if the right person did the scheduling here.

Contact Ashleigh Gove, Human Resources Manager. She can answer all your questions.

I only deal with one person. This makes it less confusing for me.

Its been two weeks since I complained. She has all the information up to date.

Not sure why you are contacting me in the first place.

You forgot about George Hunt, Direct Manager.

To many problems with this company. Some day, I hope to find a company that is not disorganized and can get problems solved quickly. Not two weeks later.

Again, contact Ashleigh Gove, Human Resources Manager. Don't contact me from this point on.

Thanks,

Mark

I am not quitting Securitas. I am just relocating to a different job site and having a different Direct Manager.

I will request that you no longer be my Direct Manager and I will be moved to a different job site with a different Direct Manager.
You have the best interest in someone who is taking away hours from me but is also getting lots of overtime for the month of November. If you are not able to understand my email and now Heather will see that email, you are not that smart of a Direct Manager. I know you have only been with Securitas for a year but you lack the knowledge for this position. I will point this out with HR and upper management along with Heather's information I found.

I sent an email to Heather about me no longer working at that job site. I will let HR and upper management know the reasons why, and the reason why I don't want you as my Direct Manager sometime this week.

We will see what happens next.

And remember when I said what happened after I left Allied Universal after just being there for a week when I complained to the right person? They ended up replacing at their Portland, Oregon location; General Manager, Field Supervisor, Operations Manger, and 2 employees from the HR department. They don't mess around.

Thanks,
Mark Errington

Good Morning Mark

Thanks for the information. There was quite a lot to digest. First off, I will say that I am not one to remove/demote someone without counselling and development. I will continue to work with Heather to address your concerns.

As for the scheduling, we do everything we can to keep things consistent for our officers. If you recall, you were originally hired for 1200-1600 Monday through Friday (20 hours), and the weekend 12 hour shifts (24 hours) was an accommodation for you. While the master schedule is in place, holidays, vacations, and officers leaving may cause minor fluctuations. If you are unable to work a particular shift, it is important to speak with your supervisor directly, if possible, rather than leaving notes. In my experience with Heather, she is accommodating to the needs and wishes of her officers.

I’m not sure where you came up with your total hours allowed information, but the client is booked for 248 hours total staffing. They can work with fewer hours when we are unable to fulfill this level, and it requires a little bit of adjustment to make sure the more important times are covered.

I do appreciate you and the work you put in for the site. You obviously have the best interest of the client in mind. I would just ask that you have a conversation with Heather if you have concerns.

Hope is not a strategy

George Hunt

Hi George,

Sorry for the long letter but I found a way to get my 2 hours back, and 3 reasons to strip Heather of her title or have her removed from this job site.

Thanks for talking to Heather. But its not over.

For the first time that I can remember, Jamie took the phone out in the hallway and called in after we were talking for a few minutes before Heather walked in the room. Jamie was nice but not Heather. Heather is so unprofessional and looked so mad. If Heather is in a kind of a good mood, she will say, Hi. Otherwise, she might barely say, Hi, in a low voice. As a Site Supervisor, you want he or she to always make the co-workers fill welcomed no matter what mood their in. Not Heather. She is so moody. I don't think she is qualify for this position and I have no idea that someone would make this position permanent for her. I'm sure that Heather will fall back to this normal routine of clocking in for Jamie when she is not around me. Bad habits are hard to break. Heather has done this for a long time.

I left a note on Thursday saying:

-------

Mark Errington

Sat - Sun

4 pm to 4 am

I can only work these hours.

-------

I sign and dated it.

As I was leaving I looked at Heather and said that this note is a friendly reminder. She did not look happy.

-----------------------------------

==========================================

First Reason to strip Heather of her title or remove her from this job site:

==========================================

Here's what happened one day when Heather called me in 50 minutes before covering someone that could not show up at the Gate House by noon. I think it was Nicki Shive. She was not feeling well. It happened on a Thursday, 9/28 or 10/5. I only worked 19 hours that week and could use the hours.

As I walk up to the Gate House I could hear loud music coming from the Gate House where Heather was sitting. I remember a person walking by saying something like, you are rockin out. And Heather replied something. I was a little shock that my "Site Supervisor" was making a scene of herself in front of venders or even Sales people. I don't think this was very professional of her doing this and it does not make Securitas look good. This may be happening now and then but this was the first time I saw Heather doing this.

----------------------------------

==========================================

Second Reason to strip Heather of her title or remove her from this job site:

==========================================

I uploaded the quick video, taken on ‎Wednesday, ‎October ‎18, ‎2023, ‏‎8:18:54 PM, of what I saw on Heather's browser's history. This video is Unlisted on YouTube. The ONLY people that can see this video is the ones with this YouTube link below:

Heather's Browser History, Oct 18, 17, 2023:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=syCD8sYFx8k

The way I found out about the browser history information is because Heather sent this email below to all of us. When I came into work that night I wanted to see if I could find a link on the Gate House computer to the Game website. After looking at her browser history; I saw Heather buying tickets online. So I started recording her history. If Heather did not send this email below I would of not found her activity online during company time. As you can see Heather is going by a saying my brother-in-law told me back in the early 90's: "Do what I say, Not what I do." I guess Heather thinks in her position as "Site Supervisor" she can do whatever she wants to do on company time and company's computer. Please remember that these computers are on a network meaning that it is possible for the Admin, maybe Chris Hoyt (S & G Security), can see what Heather and all of us are doing. If this is true, this makes Securitas look bad. I do know that YouTube videos are blocked by the Admin on this Network. Something to think about.

-------------------------

I just search this on Google:

can an admin on a network computer see your chrome history

And this came back:

In general they won't have access to local resources on your device, but can certainly monitor the data you send through their network. They can't see your history(browser) but for sure they can know your connections historical.

--------------------------

Under "People also ask":

Can network administrator see my browsing history?

Answer:

Yes, they can.

Network administrators can use private networks for monitoring your browsing activity too. Be it your landlord, boss, or family member, they can see everything as long as they control the network.

---------------------------------

Below email sent on Oct 18, 2023 at 11:47 AM.

---------------------------------

Make sure you are not playing games on the work computer

Thank you!

==========================================

Third Reason to strip Heather of her title or remove her from this job site:

==========================================

------------------

On Oct 21 at 3:11pm, I replied to Heather's email and sent part of my findings below.

As of now, she has not replied.

-------------------

Here's how I can get my 2 hours back:

-------------------------

Heather works from 0400-1100 on 11/19/2023 (Sunday)

Shive works from 1100-1600 on 11/19/2023 (Sunday)

Each losing just 1 hour instead of me losing 2 hours.

At the end of this month, Nov, both of them will have over 20 hours of overtime.

Now do you think Heather is being fair to me?

After looking at this. It should be a no brainer, right?

Besides that, the Site Supervisor should be the first to lose any hours that week as they are making up the schedules. If changes happen about having the site schedules being done off site, the Site Supervisor will no longer be making up the schedules.

After looking at this weeks times sheets below for this week and comparing it to the scheduled week. For some reason Heather and Nicki ended up with overtime but why are they always getting more overtime then the other co-workers? Is there a pattern here?:

Heather Van Gorder

Jamie Breazel (Heather's childhood friend)

Nicki Shive (Heather's sister-in-law)

Just for the fun of it. I think you should look at the last 6 months or 1 year of these employees time sheets or payslips and see if they happened to have more overtime pay then the other employees at this job site.

On 10/16, Nicki was scheduled to work 1200-1600 but Heather worked those hours and ended up with 4 hours of overtime. Remember Nicki is a family member of Heather. Is there a pattern here? Heather maybe scheduling time for a family member and may end up working that schedule to get some overtime or vice versa. If this is true, which I think so, no matter what Heather may tell you, then its called an inside job. Heather could setup the schedules where someone could get overtime between her, her sister-in-law or her childhood friend if needed. Maybe this is why the schedules keep changing every week to throw off everyone.

Prove me wrong. I like it when people can prove me wrong with evidence. I'm sure I will be right base on the pattern that Heather and Nicki have been showing me so far. If Heather picked up on how much you may not know about how security guard schedules work. It's a likelihood she is taking advantage of you and getting lots of overtime coming through the system that may not be necessary.

After getting an off site person to do the scheduling we will see how much overtime Heather, Nicki, and Jamie will get. You always have to side with caution.

More about scheduling is in this email.

In 1993, I took a Private Investigator class (4 hr class - $75) from Montgomery Linda Investigate to become a Private Investigator. She is still in business. I had no money for the business license but I learned a lot back then.

-------------------------

Here are my findings:

On the week of 11/3 to 11/9, Heather will be working 52 hours. Meaning she will get 12 hours of overtime.

On the week of 11/3 to 11/9, Nicki Shive will be working 42 hours giving her 3 hours of overtime.

 ------------

On the week of 11/10 to 11/16, Heather will be working 44 hours. Meaning she will get 4 hours of overtime.

On the week of 11/10 to 11/16, Nicki Shive will be working 50 hours giving her 10 hours of overtime.

 -----------

On the week of 11/24 to 11/30, Heather will be working 52 hours. Meaning she will get 12 hours of overtime.

On the week of 11/24 to 11/30, Nicki Shive will be working 50 hours giving her 10 hours of overtime.

-----------

Total Overtime this month for Heather is: 28 hours

Total Overtime this month for Nicki is: 23 hours

As you can see how unfair Heather is. She is taking away 2 hours from me but will get 28 hours of overtime and the same for Shive with 23 hours of overtime for the month of November. Heather is ONLY thinking of herself and her family member, Nicki. Who is her sister-in-law.

Nobody above is going to get under their normal income for the month of November. Heather and Nicki will get lots of overtime. So why should I lose any hours? Heather is so unfair in her scheduling practices.

And how do we know if Cornett or Turner wants any overtime on the weekends? This is when I think the scheduling maybe bias.

Sometimes I'm wondering if there might be some favoritism with Heather's sister-in-law and her childhood friend, Jamie. All who are getting more overtime hours then the other co-workers who are also full time.

Look at this weeks work hours for Heather and Nicki. Heather was schedule for 40 hrs and got 46 hrs. Nicki was schedule for 40 hrs and got 44.72 hrs.

See why we need to get this place organized.

Here are the total Schedule Week Hours for:

9/15 to 9/21 = 248

9/22 to 9/28 = 242

9/29 to 10/5 = 248

10/6 to 10/12 = 244

10/13 to 10/19 = 244

10/20 to 10/26 = 240

10/27 to 11/2 = 234

11/3 to 11/9 = 242

11/10 to 11/16 = 242

11/17 to 11/23 = 226

11/24 to 11/30 = 246

What the most total weeks hours should be is 238, that's it!

---------------

Exit Gate

Morning Shift: 0400-1200, 8 hrs x 5 days = 40 hrs

Swing Shift: 1200-1800, 6 hrs x 5 days = 30 hrs

or can be:

Morning Shift: 0400-1100, 7 hrs x 5 days = 35 hrs

Swing Shift: 1100-1800, 7 hrs x 5 days = 35 hrs

--------------

Access Control

Morning Shift: 0400-1200, 8 hrs x 5 days = 40 hrs

Swing Shift: 1200-2000, 8 hrs x 5 days = 40 hrs

Grave Shift: 2000-0400, 8 hrs x 5 days = 40 hrs

-------------

Access Control

Morning Shift/Swing Shift: 0400-1600, 12 hrs x 2 days = 24 hrs

Swing Shift/Grave Shift: 1600-0400, 12 hrs x 2 days = 24 hrs

-------------

Most every week the hours are over 238 hrs. Its all because of the Swing Shift week that Nicki is on! And we now know who Nicki is, right? For some reason Heather makes adjustments for the Swing Shift week and is this necessary? The scheduling at any job site does not have to be so chaotic.

I can remember that during my training, Heather said that the Swing Shift would get busier. And it so happened that Heather had in mind that I could move to the Access Control room. And that's when my days and hours got moved around a lot. As I look in the Vehicle log book everyday I am working, I have not seen it busy at all. Just a few vehicles coming in. Was Heather trying to trick me?

Here's how we might can fix this scheduling problem. I worked for Allied Universal for one week. I only left because one of the Operations Mangers, not mine, threated my job if I didn't do what he asked me to do. Long story short, he ended up losing his job. Their scheduling system is locked in when you are hired as a security guard. If someone quits or leaves, they have a stand by security guard to fill in that position until someone is hired to fill it in. This way nobodies schedule gets changed. This person's title was called "Field Supervisor". Always have a backup plan!

About Gate House, Swing Shift; I looked at the Vehicle log book and seen that there might be one driver that may come in the Exit Gate at about 18:08 or so during the week. With this information, I don't think that its feasible to have someone sitting there for 1 or 2 hours because there is no reason for them to be there. Also, this may save Securitas in any overtime cost down-the-road.

Right now, Nicki Shive is working this schedule; Exit Gate, Swing Shift. At times, she is also working on the weekends. I don't think that there is a need for the Swing Shift hours to be from 1200 to 2000 at anytime. There is always someone in the Access Control room, 24/7, that can access all gates if needed. I think Heather is adding hours for her sister-in-law, Nicki as needed. By changing this schedule "Exit Gate, Swing Shift" this will save the client 10 hours a week in security funds. Clients like to save money.

So all we need now is a part time security guard to cover the 0400 to 1600 on Saturday and Sunday (24 hrs) shift and everyone will have a permanent schedule from now on.

As of tonight, I have not seen a job posting for this part time position on Securitas website.

My permanent schedule idea:

---------------

Exit Gate

Morning Shift: Heather - Mon-Fri

Swing Shift: Nicki - Mon-Fri

--------------

Access Control

Morning Shift: Jamie - Mon-Fri

Swing Shift: Matt - Mon-Fri

Grave Shift: Robert - Mon-Fri

-------------

Access Control

Morning Shift: New Guy - Sat-Sun

Swing Shift: New Guy/Mark - Sat-Sun

Grave Shift: Mark - Sat-Sun

------------

I think someone else should do the scheduling for this job site if needed. Someone in the main office, maybe you, for now on and strip Heather of her title as "Site Supervisor" or remove her from this job site. We really may not need a "Site Supervisor". If someone is going to greatly misused company policies, so far that I've seen, its Heather. She might have been a security guard for many years with different security companies but I don't see her as "Site Supervisor" material. I think Jamie may be a better fit for the position, if a "Site Supervisor" is necessary but keeping the scheduling off site and not let Heather have any say in it. Jamie is easy to talk to and is friendly all the time.

I almost forgot, Heather makes changes to the schedules without first asking the co-workers if they want their schedule changed. How come? This is another reason why Heather should not make the schedules anymore.

--------------------------

Attached to this email is what I have of Sept, Oct, and Nov schedules.

Thanks,

Mark Errington

Hi Mark,

I have spoken with Heather about the scheduling, and she will do her best to keep your schedule consistent. I think that, for the most part, your schedule will remain consistent. Bear in mind that it is not uncommon to have minor fluctuations on occasion, and it appears that the week you mentioned was one of these.

As to the other items, I will look into them and follow up as necessary with the appropriate parties. I appreciate your bringing it to my attention.

Hope is not a strategy

Subject: [External] Fw: November Schedules

Hi George,

See the Schedules changed again, Why?

I am losing 2 hours one week! Now I have to see when I come in for Sunday (11/19/2023). So confusing and a little chaotic.

This job site is not stable with Scheduling, Why? Every month there is a new Schedule.

Do you have any control over this? I thought you told Heather that I wanted to keep the same Schedule. Maybe I should talk to HR and see what they can do about Heather.

I need a part time job that has the same schedule every week. Is there one available in Tigard or Tualatin?

Also, is it okay for a co-worker to call-in for another co-worker for clocking in? Heather does this all the time for her childhood friend, Jaime. Most of the time, Jamie is not in the same room as Heather. I have seen this done many times.

And it it okay for a co-worker, Heather, to use a company computer on company time for personal use like buying tickets online:

Oct 18 at 7:26 am for the "Xena Con 2024".

Oct 18 at 7:23 am for "XENA BURBANK 2024".

I'm sure she bought airline tickets with Southwest Airlines and got a hotel in Burbank, CA.

She did some online shopping at Amazon.com too.

I found this in her Chrome Browser History. I recorded some of her Browser History on my phone in case you wanted to see it.

It shows her email address: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

After I took the video I deleted all her history files. I'm sure she will be back online to do some more shopping today.

Attached to the email is some images from the video of Heather's Google Chrome History and the new November Schedules.

So am I wrong for recording the video to prove what Heather is doing, or is Heather wrong for using the company computer on company time for personal use and clocking in for a co-worker?

Thanks,

Mark Errington

Good Morning Mark,

Thanks for emailing, I like to be available to all of my officers. HR was in fact just reaching out to touch base, and see if you had any questions.

As for schedule, there have been some schedule changes lately due to people leaving/coming back/leaving, but I do like to have a pretty set schedule at my sites. It makes it easier for everyone, and there is far less confusion about when someone is working. I believe that the current schedule 1600-0400 Sat/Sun is going to be pretty solid going forward.

I’ll talk with Heather about the badge and camera access.

Have a great week!

Hope is not a strategy

Subject: [External] Can I Get on a Permanent Schedule?

Hi George,

On Friday, Oct 13, I got a call from the HR department and she left a voice message because I was sleeping. She called to see if I had any questions. Maybe to see how I was doing at my job site.

Well, thanks for checking up on me and thanks for stopping by on my first day to see how I was doing. That was really nice of you.

I like working at my job site, Southern Glazer Wine & Spirits, the employees in the warehouse are MORE friendlier to me then my co-workers. This started from day one when I started my position as Central Access. But that's okay. I only see my co-workers for about 2 minutes, so I'll just deal with it.

------------------------

I'm not sure but for some reason mine and other co-workers schedules keeps changing just about every few weeks. Is this normal for a Security Guard job?

My schedule went from (Central Access):

Sept 18: Mon Tues Wed - 8pm to 4am, to

Sept 25: Mon Tues - 8pm to 4am, to

Oct 02: Mon Tues - 8pm to 4am, to

Oct 10: Tues Wed Thurs - 8pm to 4am, to

Oct 17: Tues Wed Thurs - 8pm to 4am, to

Oct 24: Tues Wed Thurs - 8pm to 4am, to

Oct 28: Sat Sun - 4pm to 4am.

Working a 12 hour swift on Saturday and Sunday is new to me. In the 30 jobs I had over the years. I have never worked a 12 hour swift before.

I've been told that no employees work on the weekends and I'll be there by myself. During my swift, I'll be walking around the warehouse and through the offices every hour. This will be a good part time schedule for me because I'll get the exercise I really need and I do like being by myself. Also, I can plan on going fishing during the week if I wanted too, and work on my projects at home. Before I could not because I was thinking about work, and thinking about when I needed to get ready for work, or always thinking about is tomorrow a work day?

So is there a way that you can make this happen and have this be my permanent schedule for as long as my job site is Southern Glazer Wine & Spirits?

My permanent schedule could start on Oct 28th, 2023:

Sat - 4pm to 4am = 12 hours

Sun - 4pm to 4am = 12 hours

= 24 hours

------------------------

So far I have not gotten my login information for the cameras. Matt does not log out so I am able to see the cameras after he leaves.

Also, do I need an Access Badge for working on the weekends?

I made a 3d printed name plate. I put this on the window facing the warehouse. The three red dots is red reflector tape. I asked Heather if I could have a name plate and she said, okay.

Attached to this email is a jpg file of my Securitas name plate.

Attached to this email is the schedule for: 10.27 thru 11.02.2023.xlsx

Thanks,

Mark Errington
